To be able to add a Trial Flight or guest booking to the system. Area in which voucher numbers, contact numbers can be recorded and confirmation emails sent. Reminder emails also.
Has there been any progress on this as many clubs need this facility. It is on issue raised in many applications. The type of booking needs to be displayed on an external schedule with the Initials of the hirer to avoid GDPR issues. Instructors allocated and again only initials visible.
