Send cancellation reason with cancellation emails. Members can easily see why the booking was cancelled, rather than just being cancelled for no reason.
This would be really helpful. When a booking is cancelled by admin, the person whose booking has been cancelled doesn't know the reason. The cancelled reasons field is there, it just needs to appear in the email.

To add to this, is it possible to note when cancelled, compared to the booking time. We are seeing last minute cancellations which means the time slot cannot be booked for another person and the loss of revenue for aircraft and instructors cannot be resold.
