It would be helpful to know if a member changes the times of or cancels booking.

When we are notified of a booking our club booking sheet is updated and diary note is made. Should the times be changed by a member then we may miss the change and manually book in or offer another flight which may clash.

Please would it be possible to notify admin of changes and cancellations please.
